5%-3%-1% Plan
Annapolis Baltimore Realty (ABR) offers this plan to save you money. Our 5-3-1 plan is flexible and focused on you, our customer. We use an often overlooked type of listing arrangement called an “exclusive agency” while most real estate firms do not offer this type of agency, they require an “exclusive right” to sell. In simple terms, you can no longer sell your home yourself only they can, while you are listed. With our 5-3-1 “exclusive agency” plan you can take advantage of full listing services but continue to market your house yourself and gain the savings.
The plan:
5%, if sold and we have to pay a buyer’s agent. ABR will market, advertise, list your home on MLS and the Internet, put up a sign, lockbox, and sell/service your home.
3%, the same as the full service plan but ABR will automatically reduce the commission to this lower rate if ABR sells your home and doesn’t have to pay another broker a commission. This results in a nice savings to you if we sell it and the savings does not go to an agent from another Company.
1%, with this part of the plan you continue to market and or advertise your home in the newspaper or on a website. Simply turn over a lead to ABR and we will close it and lower your commission to an unbelievable 1% rate at settlement.
