Annapolis Baltimore Realty & Investments opened our doors on January 1, 2007 to better serve Anne Arundel County and the surrounding areas. The Broker, Bill Connor formerly of Danko Realty and Investments of Glen Burnie, has nearly 20 years experience in all phases of Real Estate. Joined by his partner, Jim Rambo who has nearly 25 years of business sales experience. The pair is offering unique services to help buyers and sellers save money on their real estate transactions.
We offer a unique commission plan ranging from 1% to 5%. The plan works well with the new online sell it yourself services. The 4.5, 3, 1 Plan as it is called is also geared to the for sale by owner market (FSBO). Taking the Real Estate hassles and headaches out of your hands at an affordable rate.
